  • How to get a correct size?
    Please follow the size chart of each item before placing your order.All sizes are in US size.Our size chart has various other countries size units. Still have doubts ? contact us for help
  • Is the product real colour the same as the photo?
    Yes, but there might be a slight colour variation due to the inevitable differences in monitor settings. So the colours shown in the photograph may not correspond 100%
  • What is your processing time and shipping time?
    This is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our supplier. This includes preparing your items, performing quality control, and packing for shipment. We will give priority to items marked “Priority Dispatch”, but in orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. Our processing times usually takes 2-3 business day. Shipping doesn’t include the processing time. The shipping time is decided by the shipping method you choose and the distance of your destination. Public Holidays and days like Boxing days ,Black Fridays might cause some delays on processing time.
  • Is the shipping free and what shipping methods?
    We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and for international shipping we offer free shipping for orders over $150.We ship through DHL, FEDEX ,UPS,CANADA POST .Domestic shipments takes 1-5 business days while international shipments takes 1-7 business days
  • Why was my payment declined?
    If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card info to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In case your payment is still refused, we suggest you try a different card or payment method. If the advice above does not work, please contact your bank or submit a ticket with as much detail along with the error messages.
  • Do you have discount codes, Can I use more than one discount code?"
    Yes we have discount codes. Once we offer you a coupon it can only be used for your next 5 purchase. Each coupon has its own expiring date so make sure its used before the expiry date.
  • Can I modify my order after its placed?
    No,once you have placed an order it can not be modified.You will have to cancel the order and replaced another order.
  • How to cancel the order?
    You can log in your account to cancel the unpaid order directly or you can simply cancel them at the checkout .You can contact us to assist you in cancelling your order if you have difficulties.
  • Why is my order canceled?
    Your order can be canceled if you submitted same order twice,You did not verify your payment on your order if needed or your order is out of stock.Also if you contacted us to cancel your order.Once your order is canceled if not shipped out we start the process of refunding you immediately.
  • How to track order?
    Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number and a link to track your order.
  • I still haven't received a tracking number and link.
    After shipping the order out, we will email you the tracking number and link.Sometime the email may go to the junk or spam box.please always check that If you still not receive, you can contact our customer service after 1 week of not getting a tracking number and link.
  • What happens if I am not in when it arrives?
    Signature is required when we ship all orders to make sure you receive your orders and to avoid any missing parcels, so it is preferable for you or somebody else to be at home. If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.
  • Are there any additional fees?
    It depends normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. With increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff especially for international shipments.Please check with your local custom in regards to this small fee paid .Caldine Fashion is not responsible for small custom tariffs.
  • How long does it take to ship to USA
    We provide free shipping to USA, shipping takes 3 to 7(atmost 9days)
  • How long does it take to Europe
    we provide free shipping to the whole Europe Orders from $250 is shipped for free with a tracking number usually(1/2weeks) (3weeks at most) orders from $100/200 will be shipped without a tracking number and it usually takes (45days)
